Shipping Policy

All orders will follow a standard lead time of up to 10 – 14 business days, plus freight transit time. This lead time may be extended in the event of any revisions to the original order by the customer or backordered items. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email containing tracking information for your shipment. The freight company will call 24 hours in advance to schedule your delivery appointment and ensure that someone is available to accept the shipment. We recommend the buyer do not schedule installation until your shipment is received.

Shipping charges on products will be calculated in your cart and will depend on their weight and destination zip code. Liftgate Service is available for all retail account holders. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm (excluding holidays). Shipping cost covers 1st delivery attempt only. All redelivery charges will be billed directly to the account holder. Someone at least 18 years old must be present to receive the order.

Customers must have a clean, dry area prepared prior to receiving the order, and customers are responsible for moving the order to that area themselves. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Delivery companies do their best to meet their estimated times but sometimes unforeseen circumstances can cause delays. The shipping lead time will depend on which cabinet style purchased and the destination zip code.

Affordable Cabinet Depot will ship to businesses or residences anywhere within the continental US that have “normal access” (accessible by a 53’ semi). See “Restricted Area / Limited Access”. If you require a delivery location outside of the continental US destination. All warranties and damage claims are voided once products are transported outside of the United States.


Some destinations may have special circumstances included, but not limited to, ferry or bridge tolls, locations in remotely rural or densely populated areas, as well as areas not accessible by a 53’ Semi trailer or requires other specific delivery instructions.

Upon product delivery, please do the following:

Please inspect the shipment immediately. Photos are not required but are recommended for your personal records and safety in the rare event that a freight claim needs to be filed.

Please note finished plywood panels or skins may be packaged on the bottom of the pallet under cardboard for the best protection. Do not mistake this for packing materials.

Make a notation of any damage and/or shortages on the delivery receipt with a representative from the carrier present before accepting the order, but do not refuse the order. If the order is refused, the buyer will be responsible for applicable freight charges to and from the destination.

If you order any trim, please be aware that it might be delivered as a “loose”, separately packaged carton. Please sign for pallet count and loose piece count.

The freight carrier has acknowledged the receipt of the shipment from our facilities as being in good condition. By your acceptance of the shipment from the carrier on the delivery receipt, you acknowledge that the product has been delivered in good condition. We cannot be held responsible for loss or damage if you give the carrier a clean and clear receipt.

Any damaged or defective product must not be assembled or installed. Assembly or installation is equated to buyers’ acceptance of the item.
